Shipping Policy

All orders are placed as quickly as possible and my goal is to ship as soon as possible for the best customer experience.

In order to provide the best price ratio, we ship separately from different warehouses, both in the US and China.

All items sold by ELONTESS are guaranteed to be delivered within 20 business days, with most items delivered within 5 to 10 business days.

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days except for US holidays (excluding out-of-stock, custom products).

We use UPS, FedEx and USPS as our carriers and require a signature confirmation from the customer upon delivery. The shipping method varies depending on the type of product.

Our responsibility for the shipment ends when we verify from our carriers (UPS, FedEx and USPS) that the shipment has been delivered to your address.

If the shipment cannot be found at your delivery location after it has been signed for, we will not be able to replace or refund your money, and once the product has been verified as having been delivered to your address, the shipping responsibility is yours.

We are not responsible for shipments that cannot be delivered after multiple attempts by our carrier, and it is the customer's responsibility to coordinate with our carrier to receive the shipment at a convenient time and location. If a shipment is returned to ELONTESS as undeliverable, we will not issue a refund.
